How to utilise search functionality in the knowledge base portal

The Full Portal Search feature in Document360 knowledge base portal acts as a dedicated location for searching all project material, files, tags, users, and settings. Users can run a combined search across all versions and languages simultaneously. 

There are five sub-modules and one combined module (All) in the Full portal search 

• All 
• Article search 
• Drive file search 
• Users & groups search 
• Tags search 
• Settings search 

Also, the filtering options let you narrow down your search based on:  

• Version/Language 
• Visibility 
• Status 
• Contributors 
• Tags 
• Article Time Frame
