Setting up knowledge base notifications on Teams & Slack

Document360 helps you monitor and track important activities happening in your knowledge base through timely notifications. You can keep track of your team’s activities and your own work items by receiving a notification via any channel of your choice. Also, you have the option to map the events that you wish to be notified of, to the respective channel you wish to receive notifications on. 

In this video, we’ll show you how to use a webhook to transmit knowledge base notifications to external channels like MS Teams and Slack. Furthermore, we have added an email domain functionality, which allows clients to set their custom email domain on Document360. This will ensure that you receive notification emails from the custom email domain you have configured. 

Users must first point DNS entries from their DNS provider (such as GoDaddy, Rackspace, Cloudflare, and others) to Document360 in order to use this feature.
